Ebonny Bell -
Bio
I’m Ebonny Bell, the Principal of Bell & Co covering Mandurah, Rockingham and the wider Peel Region. I practice exclusively in preparing wills and other succession documents, and I also practice in deceased estates including estate administration.
Before practicing exclusively in estate practice, I practiced in a wide variety of areas of law, including commercial law and commercial litigation, criminal law and have appeared before the Equal Opportunity and Australian Human Rights Commissions.
My passion lies in helping people manage their own estate planning and to help navigate the legal issues that can arise after a loved one has passed.
I am a trained wills and estates collaborative practitioner meaning, where possible, I endeavour to resolve disputes collaboratively.
I have completed my Master of Laws (Applied Law) majoring in Estate Planning and Wills and Estates and I am also an accredited Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP Practitioner).
Prior to my legal career, I enjoyed a 20-year career in the Veterinary Profession including working at Murdoch University Veterinary Hospital.
I am also a current board member for OVIS.
